Payment

Payment of meals, beverages and sculpting material will be arranged there.

The booking and administration costs of GET Travel are € 25,- a person per booking. The workshop booking is final as soon as it is passed on to Atelier De Beeltenis, either written or telephonically. After your booking you will recieve your booking confirmation and bill. The down payment of 50 % of the total sum has to be met within 10 days after your booking. The remainder has to be paid not later than 6 weeks before departure. The ‘ANVR’- booking conditions are applicable to booking, cancellation etc. These can be sent to you at your request. We automatically charge you with a cancellation insurance on your bill. You will recieve the policy conditions with your bill. If you decide not to take the cancellation insurance, you may subtract it from your bill.
If you register within 4 weeks of the beginning of the workshop, an extra € 23,- will be charged.
